In our online store you have the possibility to return the products. The return must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. In this case, you only bear the cost of returning the products (the first change is free). If the reason for returning the order is our company’s fault, we will bear the cost of returning it (e.g. wrong product).
Otherwise, the cost is borne by the customer.
Product return conditions:
The merchandise must be in the condition in which you received it. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and it must not have been used.
Together with the product, all accompanying forms, instructions for use and related documents (receipts or invoices) must be returned.

If you choose to send by post, we cannot receive your return. We also do not accept the return of your order by post.

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact our store to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.
The refund is made by the procedure mentioned in the refund section.
If in any case, for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, extreme weather) it is not possible to deliver your order within the time period we have committed to, we will contact you for further clarifications regarding delivery.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made, i.e. if a transaction has been made via card, then the refund will also be made to the card and not in a different way, e.g. transfer to the customer’s account.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).
